About Ash Solano

I'm a graphic and web designer with an interest in web development. I learned everything I know about design and development through playing around in the Adobe Suite and breaking things on this site. I have a passion for illustration and try to incorporate it into my designs when I believe it would take the project to the next level. My style tends to be on the cutesy side, but I am always a fan of clean, minimalist, and elegant design.

When I'm not designing or coding, I can be found playing piano, sewing, painting, playing video games, or rewatching Arrested Development for the 10th time. I collect screen prints and go to art shows as often as I can to see the local talent. I am also a huge fan of penguins (hence the penguin logo) and corgis (which I hope to one day own a small herd of).

I am currently working as a freelance interactive art director & designer in Austin, TX.
